Rashia’s interior design work consists of o residential and retail/commercial projects spanning the U.S. and abroad including projects for the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. Specializing in interior projects for creative businesses, these opportunities allowed her to combine her passion for both business and the creative. In looking to expand her knowledge of the energetic and healing powers of stones and other healing modalities to incorporate them into interiors, The Cristalline was born in 2014. Over the past 10 years, Rashia has completed three Crystal Healing certifications from The Crystal Academy of Advanced Healing Arts, with this, serving as the foundation for her work. She is also a Level 2 Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Healer, LaHoChi Healer, and is trained in Akashic and ancestral trauma work. For the past three years, she has and continues to study Flower Essences and Herbalism with native Curanderas. As a former ballet dancer, she is a certified movement practitioner and myofascial bodyworker and has completed yoga certifications in English and Spanish.
In 2020, Rashia Co-founded RE.VITYL, a holistic sleep health company sold at luxury retailers, spas, and hotels around the world, sharing products that make crystals a part of your everyday life. While your space serves as a foundation for your life, quality sleep is the foundation of each day.
Rashia continues to expand her knowledge of creating energetic alchemy and her passion for championing women’s health through preserving the ancient wisdom of native and indigenous practices. Most recently, over the past 2+ years, she has embarked on expanding the reach of her work as a Holistic Birth Designer. She is thrilled to share that she is a Certified Mama Glow Birth Doula and is completing her postpartum certification with them. Separately, she has spent more than a year in deep study on traditional indigenous pregnancy and postpartum healing practices, is an ICEA® trained Childbirth Educator, and has completed a 9 month Somatic Womb School - Year of the Yang Green Dragon 2024 and rooted in Chinese Medicine, trainings and studies in VBAC & Cesareans, Pre & postnatal wellness, and movement and birth support methods such as Spinning Babies®. Over the past year, she has found herself particularly aligning with many clients healing from past traumatic birth experiences, those that desire to have a VBAC or a birth without medical interventions, and it has been a joy to help in seeing that come to fruition for them.
When she’s not helping to usher new lives into the world, you can currently find her taking her love of travel and personal healing for those of all ages, and bringing it to her work at residencies at luxury resorts around the globe!
And not to worry, even with these new and expanded endeavors, there will always be crystals!
