SHIPPING
We offer a one rate Shipping & Handling option within the US (lower 48 states) via USPS or UPS. Typically, USPS Mail delivers in 3-5 days. Please note all carriers are experiencing Covid-19 related delays, and we are not responsible for any delays in shipment on the carriers’ end.
We will make every effort to process your order promptly. Average order processing time is between 1-2 business days when placed by 12pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. An email notification with tracking number will be sent as soon as your package ships.
Currently, The Cristalline® products are only available for purchase in the US. We occasionally are able to accommodate International Shipping upon the customer’s request. If this is something you are interested in, please email us at hello@thecristalline.com with the products you are interested in, and your shipping address and we can obtain a shipping quote for your approval.
RETURNS
Due to the fragile nature of our products and to maintain hygienic standards, we are unable to accept returns at this time.
If there has been damage to your product at arrival, we apologize for the inconvenience and would be happy to send a replacement. Please email us at hello@thecristalline.com to notify us immediately upon receipt of your package so that a replacement item can be sent. And we will either provide a return shipping label for the damaged item, or notify you if you can dispose of it.
OUR PACKAGING
We pledge to make mindful decisions to do our part in supporting sustainable efforts in all aspect of our business.
Many of our items come in reusable pouches that are great at protecting your items and minimizing waste.
The rest of packaging is made of reusable, recycled, recyclable and or biodegradable materials wherever and wherever possible. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we occasionally have to use bubble for protection, and if so, try to do so sparingly and welcome you to re-purpose it.
