The families that I have the joy of working with mean so much to me. It’s an honor to be welcomed into such a tender and transformative season of life, and I hold each family with deep care, presence, respect, and love as they grow and expand within their journey of parenthood!
x Rashia
“Rashia was a phenomenal doula and I cannot imagine having gone through labor and delivery without her…
She provided a sense of calm during the storm and was essential to assist with pain management and communicating my concerns, questions and preferences to my providers at the hospital. My husband and I will forever be appreciative for her services, and would highly recommend hiring her - she has a wonderful skill set and arrived in a timely manner, prepared to assist!”

What our mothers are saying
“I can wholeheartedly attest to the care, strength and compassion Rashia brought into such an important time in my life…
She showed up for me and my family in countless ways, and I feel so deeply grateful for each one of them. Sharing this journey with Rashia was incredibly special, and i’ll always hold it close to my heart. I am forever grateful for her and everything that she poured into this experience…she is truly wonderful, and I feel so lucky to have had her by my side.”

“Rashia was truly heaven-sent…
My husband and I decided to take the leap and hire a doula during our first pregnancy, stepping into completely unknown territory as first-time parents. During our search, the moment I connected with Rashia, I knew she was the one for us. Rashia has a light, warmth, and charisma that immediately put us at ease. Her support throughout my pregnancy was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s hard to fully put into words just how much she poured into me and my family during such a vulnerable and life-changing time. I endured a long labor of over 48 hours, and Rashia was there through every single moment—awake, present, encouraging, advocating, and supporting me without hesitation. And her care didn’t stop once our baby arrived; she continued to show up for us in ways I will never forget.
Anyone would be incredibly blessed to have Rashia as their doula. She was truly an answered prayer, and I genuinely cannot imagine that journey without her. Thank you, Rashia. May God continue to bless you for the incredible work you do.”

“Rashia is the most wonderful birth companion anyone could hope for to support them…
I flew to Honolulu at 38 weeks of pregnancy and wanted to find a support person, because I felt anxious after my previous birth (there was both induction and anesthesia), and this time I wanted naturalness. Only when I heard Rashia’s voice did I realize that this was my type of person. Very kind, peaceful, she was always by my side and resolved all organizational issues! I'm usually very nervous, but I saw only confidence on Rashia's face, and it calmed me down. During the labor, she was able to put me into a state in which my body relieved some of the pain naturally - I still remember this with amazement. I also often remember Rashia’s genuine emotions when my daughter appeared - it was incredibly warm, sincere joy! After giving birth, Rashia was near and offered her help, I am very grateful to her. Childbirth is a very unpredictable and important moment in life, and I think that Rashia is the most wonderful companion anyone could hope for to support them.”

“Rashia was at our birth and what a great person she is!
We were soooo grateful to have her there supporting us… she was incredible. I swear she didn’t even sit down or take a break the entire 16 hours and I can’t imagine what I would have done without her. My back labor was so intense and she was there with counter-pressure for every contraction. She was so encouraging and supportive of my birth plan the entire time. She had so many extra tools (essential oils, massage balls, tens machine, sleep mask, crystals!) that made my birth experience extra special. I’m so grateful to have gotten the birth experience (an ambitious VBA2C) that I had envisioned and there’s no doubt her support played a huge role in that. Both the nurses and midwife sung her praises too! It was truly the best birth team and energy, beyond what I expected! It was also so nice to chat with her at our postpartum visit and recap it all — she feels like a part of our family.”

This may be a surprise to those who have known my work for some time, but it has been a passion of mine for more than 10 years to embark on the path to hold space supporting birthing families. Over many years at The Cristalline®, I have had the pleasure of working with pregnant moms to help support their motherhood journeys and curate their desired birth spaces and nurseries.
In addition to having the pleasure of bringing our work to many countries through hotel residencies, over the past few years, I have dove headfirst into this sacred work.
I am thrilled to share that I am a certified Mama Glow® Birth & Postpartum doula, a certified Megi®Hi-Risk Doula, and I have spent more than two years studying and honoring traditional indigenous pregnancy and postpartum healing practices. I am a certified Body Ready Method BRM®Pro (pre/postnatal movement), studied in the UK to become a certified Gentle Birth Method: Creative Healing Practitioner, am an ICEA® trained Childbirth Educator, and have completed certifications in VBAC & Cesareans, training as a NICU doula, and other Pre & postnatal wellness and movement methods such as; Spinning Babies. I am a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and a Certified Somatic Womb Path® Practitioner supporting womb health of all ages.
In 2026/2027, I am excited to be adding to my knowledge by becoming certified Body Ready Birth® (BRB) Instructor so that I can expand the reach of my passion for Prenatal Movement. I am also becoming a certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Infant Massage Coach to be able to continue to support families during their 4th Trimester and beyond.
Over the past 3 years, I have found myself gratefully supporting many clients healing from past traumatic birth experiences, those desiring a VBAC or one without medical interventions, and those starting their families in an intentional way, and it has been a joy assisting in bringing forth those realities!
I am excited for the continued expansion of sharing knowledge in many holistic modalities that can support healthy fertility, birth, and postpartum. I desire to have the joy of supporting women on their journey from pre-conception through whatever their needs are postpartum and in the years beyond, and hope our time together is just the start of curating a beautiful village of support that will last many years.
I am grateful for the many families that have already allowed me to support them in these sacred experiences for their growing families, and I’m excited for the many more to come!
And don’t worry, to those of you I have known for some time, there will always be room in what I do for crystals!
With love,
x Rashia
